Is there a fee to attend this conference?

Yes. There is a fee to attend this conference. Please click "register now" button on the conference page to see all pricing options. There are a limited number of registration scholarships available, please complete this form

We will review scholarship applications April 1st, July 1st and September 2nd. We will communicate with those applicants after these dates. 

 Scholarship applications will not be accepted past September 1st. 

Am I eligible to attend?

This event is open primarily to law enforcement & prosecutors who investigate and prosecute technology-facilitated crimes against children. Select members representing industry, academia, NGO's and other organizations will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Still not sure you are eligible. Click the "Contact Us" button in the bottom right-hand corner.

What if I don't investigate tech crimes against children?

As long as you meet the professional qualifications for entry, much of our subject matter experts will present on technology crimes that will be relevant to many other disciplines and therefore, of value to any investigator or prosecutor.

What is the registration process?

Visit the 2025 NW ICAC & Technology Conference page to register and select your appropriate ticket. Please note that identification will be required during the on-site check-in process. If you're not sure whether or not you meet the requirements for attendance, please contact the organizers prior to making your travel plans.  

What if I need to cancel my registration?

If you are unable to attend the conference and have already registered, refunds will be available until September 15, 2025, minus a $25 administrative fee. You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization by emailing Kelly

Where is the agenda?

Specific session details will NOT be available until September. 

Will there be computer labs?

We will be offering a variety of computer labs that will have limited seating available. Information regarding lab sign-up will be published in late September, via the Whova conference app.

How do I get around?

Organized transportation is NOT provided and as such, each attendee is responsible for their own. The nearest airport is SeaTac International and is located approximately 21 miles south of our host hotel. Depending upon traffic, for which we are known for, this could be anywhere from 20-75 minutes each way.

Our host hotel is 3 miles from the venue. They are less the 1/4 mile to the link light rail which will bring you to Microsoft Headquarters. 

Uber & Lyft are readily available in this market. 

I'm interested in presenting - what do I need to do?

We are always looking for material that is relevant to our audience and delivered by community professionals. Please submit your proposal here

​We will be reviewing proposals in July and will confirm by August 1st. 

Do you provide food and beverage during the conference?

As part of our ongoing commitment to making your experience as enjoyable as possible, we will be providing our attendees with a limited assortment of daily drinks and lite bites to include coffee, tea, and water.

We do not provide breakfast, lunch or dinner any of the days. 

Remember to visit our exhibitors as you sip your beverage or enjoy your snack!
