Where is the Agenda?

Specific session details will NOT be available until September.

What's the difference between "Host" hotel vs. "Partner" hotel?

All of our listed hotels have guaranteed our attendees the prevailing federal per diem rate for their stay. We have designated the Aloft & Element by Marriott as our "Host" hotels (connected properties) as a way of providing a common space for attendees to enjoy the networking opportunities outside of the conference space. These hotels are also the closest to the venue. Our "Partner" hotels offer the same federal per diem rates and amazing ambience.

Why book my hotel now?

All of our contracted hotels have made a limited number of rooms available to our attendees. Each property will conduct a "room block review" at various times between now and September. If the requisite percentage of rooms set aside have NOT been booked, they will reduce our inventory! Remember, you can always cancel your room reservation w/o penalty as long as you do so within the cancel window for each property (generally 48-hours prior to arrival).

Will there be computer labs?

We will be offering a variety of computer labs that will have limited seating available. Information regarding lab sign-up will be published in late September, via the Whova conference app.

How do I get around?

Organized transportation is NOT provided and as such, each attendee is responsible for their own. The nearest airport is SeaTac International and is located approximately 21 miles south of our host hotel. Depending upon traffic, for which we are known for, this could be anywhere from 20-75 minutes each way.

Our host hotel is less than 1 mile from the venue.

Uber & Lyft are readily available in this market.
